Hays CISD 50th Anniversary Parade Special Event

This special event required coordinating more than 1,000 students and staff members from 23 campuses, as well as coordination with law enforcement, the Texas Department of Transportation, community leaders and honored guests.

2017 $250 Million Hays CISD Bond Campaign

This campaign required organizing a Growth Impact Committee to determine the needs of the district and presenting those needs to voters. The informational campaign included print collateral material, a website section, multiple community engagement presentations, and public input forums.

Invitation: McCormick Middle School Ribbon Cutting

This invitation was designed to celebrate the opening of the newest middle school in Hays CISD and honor the namesake of the campus. It was both printed and used as a digital invitation. Click on the icon at left to view the full invitation.

Live, Work, Play HR Recruitment Campaign

This campaign organized and energized the school district employee recruitment efforts, capitalizing on the district's popular location and family friendly work environment. It exponentially increased applicant interest in working at the district.

This campaign launched a daily recognition program for school district employees. The Hays High Five Program allows students, parents, and colleagues to reward everyday acts of professionalism and dedication.

TYC & Me Poster Series

This poster series was created to inspire incarcerated youth who were in the care of the Texas Youth Commission. The posters featured real TYC youth who had achieved success. The posters were displayed throughout the agency's facilities. Click the icon at left for the full gallery.

Hays CISD Athletics Credentials

Each year, I have created a series of athletics credentials for location access at the Hays CISD Shelton Stadium. The credentials are used for reporters, dignitaries, and others. The stadium has limited access on the field and in the press box. Click the icon at left for the full gallery.

These Volunteers in Public Schools (VIPs) rewards cards allow registered volunteers to enjoy discounts with participating local businesses. The program visibility in the community helps recruit volunteers who have no traditional association with the school district.
